  3. Preach on, Bobby Gene. So many people are waiting for later to do the things they love, yet tomorrow is promised to no one. There is a quote that I love, it goes like this: "And then there is the most dangerous risk of all – the risk of spending your life not doing what you want on the bet you can buy yourself the freedom to do it later." – Randy Komisar One thing I've learned is that life goes by faster than you think. The other is that one's health should never be taken for granted. In the blink of an eye, life can change. Thank you for encouraging people to get out there and LIVE their lives! I try to do the same. Oh, one more thing. lol. There can never be enough video footage or photos, ever. They are a ticket back in time to moments that are otherwise gone. I admittedly take way too many photos. And yes, it annoys my family sometimes. But it is worth every sigh, every grumble, every eye roll when I can show a photograph to someone and their face lights up with the memory of that moment. I, we, have those moments forever! Now you've got me motivated to not only take photos, but to use that GoPro and Gimbal I just got and really annoy my family! lol.

  4. You’re inspiring!

  5. BG, you struck a nerve… in a good way! I am exactly who you were speaking to with this message. I've been thinking these same thoughts you just touched on. Thank you for the video encouragement! Safe travels. bg

  6. A very . . . upbeat . . . title, I must say! I only have one regret – the inability to become invisible because, let me tell you, a lot of annoying people would be searching for their missing car keys . . . among other things. On another note, Shotcut is free video editing software for those who are interested (many tutorials on YouTube).

  7. I'm encouraged Bobby Gene. Thank you!

  8. Bobby Gene, you are an AMAZING man! I am so sorry about the tragic loss of your wife and others, but through that experience you gained so much wisdom about life that most folks don't realize until it is too late to do some of the things that will leave us with no regrets. I love watching your videos! Thank you so much for sharing your experiences with us. Continued safe travels!!

  11. Ok Bobby Gene, how do you deal with trolls and haters? You're putting your life out there for the world to see but the internet is full of dicks who can't wait to pour derision on your efforts. You're an upbeat guy so maybe it doesn't bother you so much but not everybody is so robust. Any thoughts?

  14. Thanks Bobby Jean this is the video I needed to see to help me with my vlog , you made it seem simple.

  15. I’ve learned over my 68 yrs that some things I just had to do wasn’t as great as I “ expected”. And sometimes contentment is a challenge, but very rewarding. I’m limited financially but find gratitude in all the gifts I’ve been given ; no matter how small. I started journaling in 2018 . It’s been amazing to see life’s ups and downs. And how God has blessed me. My life is so simple I doubt anyone would benefit or even want to entertain time to read it. But I have the moments on paper if my kids want to read them when I die.. I may take the time to look at the apps you mentioned and see what I can do. Thanks for your time to share what you do.

  16. Thanks. I needed that.

  17. I just hate that most people seem to be staring at their phone then taking time to look to each other. I would love you to find a partner in life again as you say life is short be happy

  18. Enjoyed this video very much. You appreciate life and people. Ah, don't want to wake up dead.

  19. Thanks for the explanation on how to upload. I tried to edit some videos I did while walking to get my diabetes under control a few years ago, but I got scared of the process of editing. It does not sound as complicated when you explained it. I would look forward to seeing a tutorial or two from you about how to edit.

  20. Thank you for sharing I would love to see more videos on editing and you smell wonderful !

  21. Bravo Bobby…I’m inspired!!!

  23. Actually this video was one of my favorites. Keep it up

  24. Good message. I still use the old windows movie maker. I've tried a few others, but for what I do, it works for me. In fact, I can't sleep….maybe I'll go edit that vid of my rv repair 😉

  25. I have a soft spot for Gene's, My Daddy was a Gene, my older brother is Gene Jr, and my mother was named Jean, so I named my daughter 'Jeanna'.. love you video, and you smell fabulous… very inspired.

  26. I love the new cologne! You are very insightful Bobbie.

  27. I need to start a vlog. My problem with it isn’t recording video but rather editing videos and also not sharing my exact location if I am stationary and not traveling. I’m on my 3rd editing program now and I do see some similarities. I would love to Vlog when I move to Lake of the Ozarks (soon), but I don’t want to give away every little detail of my cove so people I don’t know can find me. So I have to figure out how that is going to work. 🙂

  28. Hi Bobby I am sorry for your loss. I have been a widow for 7 years and I have no family. I enjoy your zest for life. You are a very nice person I wish you the best.
